My companions in this nomadic existence are my two daughters, born in 2015 and 2018. They are not just my children (amplifiers of my darkest sides) but profound teachers of vulnerability and resilience. They are my most demanding and elegant research subjects, where theoretical understanding meets the raw, unscripted laboratory of parental intuition—a role I navigate with half the resources in the context of a high-conflict co-parenting situation.

Alongside them is Lola, my loyal husky—a beautiful witness to our intercontinental odyssey. From the rural landscapes of Poland to the lavender-kissed horizons of France, she has been more than a pet. A nomadic soul like ours, she has shared our migrations through Austria, the United Kingdom, Italy, and now, the Mediterranean warmth of southern France. Each geographical transition has been more than a change of location; it has been a philosophical recalibration. My scientific training, once confined to molecular biology and regulatory toxicology, has expanded into a deeper understanding of human potential. Studying mechanisms of action at biological and toxicological levels taught me about systemic interactions; motherhood revealed the most complex regulatory system of all—human development, a challenge that has also catalyzed my personal growth, inspired in part by my older brother.

My daughters speak three languages—not as a performative achievement, but as a natural side effect of their heritage. A Polish mother in France, formerly married to an Italian, raising children in a borderless existence. They are living proof that boundaries are constructs, not absolutes.

My transformation into coaching is not just a profession but an evolutionary response. It is a methodology rooted in my ability to observe, decode, and compassionately intervene—skills honed in scientific work, now applied to human systems with a holistic, in-situ perspective.

The high standards I once applied to research protocols now merge with the tender awareness of parenting. No longer a rigid framework, my approach embodies adaptive intelligence and presence, offering support and guidance with fluidity and care.

My journey whispers this truth: Transformation is a process. It’s about profound, courageous presence—showing up, doing our best, and multiplying joy & beauty wherever we can.

Some journeys defy a linear narrative in the intricate topography of human experience. They are living, breathing ecosystems of continuous transformation.

Embracing this about myself has given me a unique perspective and drives me toward acceptance of my past, hope for the future, and the grounding practice of living fully in the present.
